1. What are the requirements for new residential water service?

Natchez Water Works requires a $50 deposit for any new residential service.

The person requesting the service must come into the office with 2 forms of identification - 1 of which must be state issued photo identification.

2. What are the residential rates for Natchez Water Works?

The basic charge for the first 300 cubic feet of water on a residential 3/4 inch meter is $10 for water and $10 for sewer. Each additional 100 cubic feet is billed at the rate of $2.46 for water and $2.46 for sewer.

In addition to the monthly water and sewer charge, we also collect a monthly garbage fee of $19.90 for the City of Natchez.
